Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors announce the promotions of Ivone Joaquim, Danielle Austin, Ann Summerling and Kerry Gibbs.

Ivone Joaquim joined the Private Client Services team in 2020 dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Court of Protection matters. Ivone cares deeply and passionately about the outcomes for her clients and often goes above and beyond to ensure her clients receive an excellent specialised service. Her dedication and support to her clients has been exceptional and in recognition of this we are delighted to announce Ivone’s promotion to Senior Associate.

Another high performing member of the team is Danielle Austin, who works in our Company Commercial team advising on a variety of matters including corporate advice, corporate transactions, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts.  Danielle qualified as a solicitor in 2019 and her commitment to her clients has seen her deserved promotion to Associate Solicitor.

Our Personal Injury team also recognise the experience and talent they have working in their team with the promotion of Ann Summerling to Senior Associate and Kerry Gibbs to Associate.

Ann Summerling joined Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors in 2006 and has been extensively involved in handling personal injury claims from RTA’s, accidents at work, slips and trips, psychological injuries, and clinical negligence work. Her compassion and determination in delivering the compensation her clients deserve is highly valued and her appointment to Senior Associate is deserved.

Kerry Gibbs has worked in the Personal Injury department since 2011 helping claimants recover compensation for their injuries and specialises in road traffic accidents.  Kerry has great empathy in dealing with her clients and we are delighted to announce her promotion to Associate.
