Danielle Austin
Danielle Austin is a Partner who is experienced in dealing with Corporate, Commercial and Charity matters.
Danielle graduated with First Class Honours in Law (LLB) from De Montfort University and was awarded a scholarship to complete the Legal Practice Course at the Leicester Institute of Legal Practice. Danielle joined Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors as a Paralegal in 2016, qualified as a Solicitor in 2019, and rapidly advanced to being promoted to Partner in 2024. Her dedication to her clients and skills in managing complex corporate and commercial transactions have been key to her career progression.
Danielle’s experience includes working with companies, businesses, individuals, and entrepreneurs providing advice on corporate matters and transactions (including business sales and purchases, management buy outs and share options), shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts. Danielle also specialises in working with charities on incorporation and governance matters and is a member of the Charity Law Association.
Interests
Outside of the office Danielle enjoys gardening, long walks with her dogs, and is a volunteer for The Parks Trust.
