We are delighted to announce that our Litigation and Personal Injury teams have been ranked by Chambers and Partners 2021 and Partners, Ken Stangoe and Navdip Gill have been individually ranked for their expertise.    Chambers and Partners is the independent law guide that researches thousands of solicitors and their clients across the country, assessing their technical ability, professional conduct, commercial astuteness, commitment and service.

Ken Stangoe, head of Litigation has been ranked for Real Estate Litigation, which demonstrates his vast experience of property litigation, including boundary disputes, recovery actions and landlord tenant issues.  He regularly advises high net worth individuals, builders and not-for-profit organisations.  Chambers notes that one client said “He is absolutely spot on with getting to grips with the exact nub of the dispute, and giving very targeted advice on dealing with that; his personal and professional support was outstanding”.

Also acknowledged by the guide is Navdip Gill, Personal Injury Partner and department head who has been ranked in Band 1 for his expertise in handling complex and catastrophic brain injuries involving multi-million pound claims.  Over the years Navdip has built a formidable reputation working with leading medical experts in their fields of neurosurgical and neurological care, neuropsychiatric and neurological aspects of brain injury resulting in the maximum compensation package awarded to his clients.  Chambers notes that “Navdip Gill’s practice spans claims involving catastrophic injuries sustained in RTAs and accidents at work.  Clients appreciate that he is ‘quick to respond to any kind of contact,” and “clear about exactly what is going on and why.”
