Testimonial from head injured client – £1.3 million settlement

“I was involved in a high energy road traffic accident, and suffered from a severe traumatic brain with a skull and base fractures together with traumatic intracranial haemorrhages.  During the litigation process it was difficult, however, Navdip Gill and Marcus Grant worked tirelessly absorbing the pressure from the insurance company and their legal representatives.

I was kept constantly updated and fully involved in this process with my legal team who took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Equally I would recommend anybody who has sustained a brain injury to contact this dynamic team who are extremely skilful in dealing with complex cases and seemed to thrive in pressured environments.”

"Navdip was very clear and communicative throughout the whole process. I listened to his expert advice and was glad I made that decision as he managed to win me £400 over the initial offer of £2,000. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else who (hopefully not) ever has an accident. Thank you very much Navdip!"
