GL team talk to local residents about the benefits of LPA’s

On 3rd September 2019, our Private Client Services Team were invited to give a talk at the Great Linford Parish Council, about the benefits of setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney.

The Parish Council regularly organise breakfast events for their residents where they invite key speakers along to cover various topics of interest, and the subject of Lasting Powers of Attorney definitely proved popular. Dagmara Kulczykowska, Partner of Private Client Services Team focused on the benefits of setting up LPA’s as well as looking at the issues you can face if you don’t have one in place.
