What our clients say
“It was only by chance that we came across Geoffrey Leaver when selling our property and choosing them was the best decision we could have made. From the first moment we spoke to someone, we felt assured the transaction would run smoothly.
In our case the sale was extremely tricky and involved a dispute with the local Council, this is when Geoffrey Leaver put us in touch with Guy Brooks, who specialises in Dispute Resolution and Litigation. Guy is extremely knowledgeable, he advised us of our options at every stage and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Guy was also able to take the stress away from what had become a very challenging situation. We are confident that without Guy’s expertise, our sale would have collapsed and we wouldn’t have been able to move to our dream home.
We can’t thank Guy enough for all his help and we would recommend him without hesitation. The service from Geoffrey Leaver on the whole was exceptional and without a doubt, the best firm of solicitors we have ever used. ” V Riley & R Skene
