What is a No Win, No Fee claim?
With any litigation many people will be concerned with the costs associated with fighting for compensation but with a no win no fee claim this usually involves us taking out an insurance policy on your behalf. Meaning if your claim is unsuccessful you won’t have to pay a penny.
The only time you will be expected to pay anything is if you win your claim and only then you will pay a success fee, which is capped and charged as a percentage on any compensation received for your injuries and past loses. We do not charge a fee on any of your future treatment, future loss of earnings or pension loss. Our team will explain the details of the success fee right from the start.
