Michael Harrigan is a Trainee Solicitor who joined Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors starting in the Commercial Property department in March 2019.
Michael is responsible for dealing with various types of commercial and residential property transactions. These have included advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties, commercial property development, secured lending and securities, landlord and tenant issues and general property portfolio management, including the service of notices and the issuing of licences to sublet, assign or carry out alterations.
As part of his training contract, Michael moved to the Personal Injury Department where he was assisting Navdip Gill on his catastrophic injury cases. He is an LPC graduate who also holds a Masters in Taxation from the University of Law.
Outside of the office Michael enjoys playing football, attending live music events and socialising with friends.
