Darren Millis
Darren has over 25 years’ experience in dealing with commercial property work. Darren has concentrated in the last few years on the more complicated land acquisition and development work including:
- Options
- Conditional contracts
- Promotion agreements
- Pre-emption agreements
Darren is Head of the Department and has also continued to act for a wide variety of clients on leases for both landlord and tenant.
Interests
Darren enjoys travelling to the Cors Dyfi Nature Reserve in Wales to visit Idris and Telyn the resident ospreys (and their family) together with plenty of walking. Darren is also a trustee of the Milton Keynes Museum, Arts Gateway and Vice President of the Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce.
