shout the loudest and get paid first!

If a debtor is refusing to pay a debt that is due, the strong arm tactic of serving a statutory demand can work.
The process is designed to give clear warning to a debtor that unless payment of the debt is forthcoming within 3 weeks, it risks compulsory liquidation or bankruptcy. The debt should be undisputed and at least £5,000 in respect of individuals and £750 in respect of companies.
At Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors we will draft and arrange for personal service of the statutory demand for a fixed fee of £200 plus VAT and the process server’s fee. If you are interested in getting paid first contact our litigation team on 01908 692769 or email email@example.com
