Nick specialises in the drafting of Wills, Administration of Estates, Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning. He has a close working relationship with Age UK, holds regular clinics for the elderly and also advises on capacity related issues (including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications) and the protection of assets for tax and care purposes.
Dagmara is Head of Private Client Services
Dagmara is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the Law Society Private Client Section.
She has many years advising clients on all aspects of private client work to include; Estate planning to mitigate exposure to Inheritance Tax, obtaining Grants of Probate / Letters of Administration and winding up estates, post death Deeds of Variation, Declarations of Trust, Wills.
Dagmara also deals with issues relating to the elderly, mental capacity and the Court of Protection which include: The registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, the drafting and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications to the Court of Protection including for the appointment of Deputies and Statutory Wills, protection of assets for tax and care purposes. She also attends regular Age UK legal advice clinics for the elderly.
Outside of work, Dagmara is mother to two young boys and enjoys spending her time with family. Weekends are mostly spent taking her two boys to various leisure activities, usually football!
Jenny is a Paralegal in the Private Client Services Department supporting Dagmara Kulczykowska in a range of matters relating to the administration of estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship application.
Prior to joining Geoffrey Leaver, Jenny gained substantial experience working in a Private Client Department in a firm in Banbury.
Jenny has a Combined Studies Degree in Law and has also completed her Legal Practice Course.
Outside of the office Jenny’s spare time is spent with her children running between ballet classes, Brownies and Rainbows but when she gets a rare night off she loves going to the theatre and dining out.
Amye graduated from the University of Nottingham with a 2.1 (BSc Hons) in 2008 before converting to Law and gaining a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course. Amye completed her training contract with the firm and qualified in 2013.
Amye is part of the Private Client Services Team and advises on all aspects of Private Client work in a range of matters relating to the administration of estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications. Amye also has residential property experience.
Outside of work Amye enjoys spending time with her family and long walks in the countryside with her two dogs.
