The Geoffrey Leaver HR Assist Fixed Fee package provides you with the excellent support and advice, by telephone or email, on all aspects of employment law – coupled with the peace of mind that a fixed cost brings. We also draft appropriate letters to send to employees following advice given – and provide guidance on any key changes to employment law that will require action on your part. If we have drafted or reviewed your contracts, we will also deliver updates to ensure they remain compliant with the law.
The package includes advice on all disputes with employees, up to the point that any Employment Tribunal or Court claim commences – then from here, we will discuss and agree the costs of representation in any such action.
