She has more than 30 years’ experience representing clients who have suffered serious brain or life-changing injuries, clinical negligence and fatal accidents. Anne specialises in catastrophic brain injury cases and acts under Conditional Fee Agreements , known as No Win No fee.
As complex cases take time, Anne aims to obtain early interim payments to provide immediate assistance to fund rehabilitation, home adaptations and relieve financial pressure.

A graduate of Glasgow University, Anne was a Scottish Lawyer for 12 years and qualified and has practised as an English Lawyer since 1991. She joined Geoffrey Leaver as a Partner in May 2006.
Personal: Leisure interests include horse-riding and running.
Navdip qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 and spent five years at a London law firm before moving to Milton Keynes and joining Geoffrey Leaver.
He specialises in high value cases over £50,000 including child pedestrian injuries, cyclists and motorists, and has experience of handling complex cases including brain injury.
Navdip has dealt with many accidents at work where settlements exceed £100,000, and has been to the Court of Appeal.
Navdip also organises lectures for claims management companies on regulatory issues and compliance on credit hire agreements. He speaks fluent Punjabi and has a strong following in the Asian community.
Outside of work Navdip enjoys playing golf, running and cycling. He can often be found cycling in the Chiltern Hills.

Ann is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives who joined Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors in May 2006.
She has a great deal of experience in all types of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, work accidents, slips and trips, and also the more complex cases involving clinical negligence.
Ann is a regular attendee at the Brain Injury Group training seminars and deals with high value complex cases involving head trauma and multiple injuries.
Ann is well versed in the more unusual cases involving chronic pain and somatoform disorders in children and understands that these claims can take many years to be fully evaluated.
She works closely with clients to achieve the best financial outcome to enable them to put their claim behind them and move on with their lives.
Outside of work Ann enjoys gardening, travelling, reading and is a keen supporter of Saints RFC.
Sam joined Geoffrey Leaver in April 2010. He undertakes all aspects of personal injury work including but not limited to employer’s liability claims, road traffic accidents and occupier’s liability claims. Sam has extensive experience in claims against insurance companies, large scale employer’s and their representatives, Councils and the Police. He has developed strong networks in Milton Keynes, Northampton and London area but also represents clients nationwide.
Sam is not afraid to pursue difficult or complex cases and vastly enjoys the challenges of litigation and taking claims to Court.
Sam prides himself on obtaining the best for his clients, not only in terms of the level of their compensation but also in relation to assisting an injured person’s recovery. Sam is of the view that rehabilitation is a key part to any claim; no one wants to get injured but when they do it is important they receive the best treatment available.
At home Sam enjoys watching and participating in many sports, keeping fit, cooking and travel. He plays football for teams in both Milton Keynes and Northampton. Sam is also on the Geoffrey Leaver Social Committee.
Kerry has enjoyed a long career in the legal and insurance sector and recently joined Geoffrey Leaver’s personal injury department from McKeowns Solicitors.
An animal lover, she supports several charities, including the RSPCA, WWF and Cats Protection League. Outside work Kerry also enjoys watching motorsport and training at the gym.
