Assured provides customers around the globe with specialist pharmacovigilance software for drug safety monitoring in the human and veterinary markets. Ennov is a larger French organisation distributing document management, clinical trials and pharmacovigilance software in Europe. Hyde House is a corporate finance boutique advising business owners on mergers and acquisitions both in the UK and internationally. Assured managing director Alan Rawling said: “We were delighted with the advice and hands-on deal management provided by Hyde House.
“They expertly managed the entire process from beginning to end incredibly professionally and were very quick to identify Ennov as a ‘perfect’ fit.” Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors, also of Milton Keynes, undertook the extensive legal work involved. The fact that their Corporate Partner, Troy Warner, speaks fluent French assisted in bringing the deal to a speedy conclusion. Troy said: “We have worked on business sales and acquisitions many times with Hyde House and it was a pleasure to bring this high-profile deal to a successful conclusion. The extra lengths Hyde House goes to in order to support its clients always impresses me.” Barry Parsons, senior partner of Hyde House, said: “It was a pleasure working with Alan and Keith, the joint owners of Assured, and we were delighted to bring Ennov’s investment to the UK to ensure the long-term growth of the business.
At Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors our experienced team have helped clients buy and sell hundreds of businesses, from small family firms, to large international companies.
