200 mile charity bike ride to raise money for Willen Hospice

From 29th May, 2014, Richard Willis, a partner in the firm and a trustee at Willen Hospice, is to abandon his desk in order to cycle 200 miles through the mountains of Wales and the undulating Cotswolds, from Aberystwyth on the Welsh coast back to Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes.

Over three days a group of 25 cyclists will tackle this hilly terrain to raise funds to support a Hospice at Home nurse at Willen Hospice for a period of at least six months. Their very specific objective is to raise at least £17,000 but the more they raise ,the more impact they will have.

Last time Richard completed a challenge like this, he was cycling across the top of England with much the same group on the well known coast to coast route, when the Lake District had some of its wettest and coldest weather for thirty five years. Richard is expecting much the same this time so, if you feel you can sponsor him to encourage him and this project please donate online or send a cheque to Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors in favour of Willen Hospice.

The cycle is entirely self funded so every penny that is raised will go to the Hospice for this very particular project.
