Did you know that the condition caused by inhaling asbestos by dust or fibre is very dangerous and can affect your health for the rest of your life?

It is also possible that you were exposed to asbestos because fibres were transferred to you from someone who was working with asbestos.

Why is asbestos-related disease dangerous?

Asbestos can cause several different types of disease such as mesothelioma, lung cancer and asbestosis.

The particular problem with all forms of asbestos is that once the fibres are inhaled, a proportion of them may stay in the lungs for the rest of the individual’s life. These diseases can develop many years after being exposed to asbestos.

Who can claim?

If it can be shown that you have breathed in asbestos dust at work without proper protection in the last 30 years, we can assist in pursuing a compensation claim against your employer. We can also assist relatives of anyone who has died of an asbestos related disease.

Even if your employer is no longer in existence, the government can award 'no fault' compensation payments for your asbestos claim.  We will help you complete the form.

What we will do for you

  • We will give a free initial consultation to establish a precise and clear understanding of your  claim
  • We will investigate the claim on your behalf
  • We will keep you informed
  • We will arrive, with your approval, at the best possible outcome

Please make contact as soon as you can, do not delay in seeking medical and legal advice.  Time limits apply so the longer you leave your claim, the more difficult it can be to pursue.
