We have considerable experience of advising employers and scheme trustees on their many legal responsibilities in relation to occupational pension schemes and draft schemes rules on the setting up and amendment of pension arrangements.

We regularly attend at trustee meetings. At the other end we can also offer advice in relation to the winding up of schemes and the difficulties, which can arise on those occasions.

We advise on dispute resolution acting for employees, employers and trustees in sometimes complex claims over pension entitlements, often involving ill-health situations or deferred entitlements.
