Commercial Property Solicitor

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / LEGAL EXECUTIVE

We are currently looking for additional support in our Commercial Property Department.

The role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with experience equivalent to 3 years + PQE. However, applications are also welcome from newly qualified Solicitors who have had more than six months training in Commercial Property or Filex with good Commercial Property experience.

Reporting to two Partners, you will be required to undertake a current caseload of approximately 50-80 matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience of running general commercial property related cases to include Landlord & Tenant (acting for both), Agreements for Lease, Leases, Assignments, Freehold Acquisition and Disposal, Banking (acting for Lenders) and Development – acting in site acquisition, planning and leasehold disposals.

You must have excellent planning, organisation and communication skills. You must be confident in dealing with clients, diligent and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
