Richard Willis has been a Partner in Geoffrey Leaver since 1993 and is Head of the Commercial Property department and responsible for our Lexcel compliance with the Law Society. He has previously worked as an in-house lawyer to the publicly quoted development company, Erostin Plc.
Richard now acts for property owning clients from small family businesses to large Plc's and statutory bodies, landowners, investors, developers, lenders, Housing Associations and for Charities, specialising in real estate development.
He also deals with related commercial matters, as well as providing a full legal service to a number of leading charities.
Richard is a member of the Charity Law Association, the Association of Housing Association Lawyers and the Law Society Specialist Property Unit.
His leisure interests include golf, skiing and singing. He is also a Trustee at Willen Hospice and Chairman of Willen Hospice Ventures Limited. Richard enjoys watching most sports.
