Penny Munro

Penny is a solicitor specialising in the drafting of wills, inheritance tax planning, trusts, advising on capacity related issues (including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications) and the protection of assets for tax and care purposes although she has a particular passion for estate administration.

Graduating from University College London with a degree in Zoology, Penny studied Law at Bristol University and has specialised in Private Client work since her training contract, qualifying as a solicitor in 2001. She joined the firm in 2001 but left in 2004 to move around the world with her husband who is an Army Officer. She has returned from her travels however to cover the maternity leave of Mandeep Soor who is the other Partner in the department.

Away from the desk, Penny loves nothing more than spending time with her husband and their two young children.
