Paula Stuart

Paula qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and joined Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors in 2004. She is part of the Employment Team and deals with all aspects of employment law for both employees and employers, providing clear and concise advice to clients in a broad range of matters including compromise agreements, redundancy, contracts, HR issues and employment tribunal claims.

Paula works closely with her clients and over the years has built strong relations. She has been the Employment Law Adviser to one multinational company for over 12 years. They describe her as providing advice of the very highest quality, having a practical approach and being commercially aware.

Paula also delivers bespoke seminars to clients to meet their specific training needs. Recent courses include ‘The Essentials of Employment Law’ and ‘Best Practice when Managing Redundancies’. By working closely with a client’s HR team and Senior Managers Paula can identify areas of training to ensure that the client’s employees have the skill set they need to implement the objectives of the company.

Outside of work Paula spends time with her family and her Saturday mornings often involve standing by the side of a football pitch supporting one of her two son’s football teams. She also enjoys horse-riding and spends any spare time with her horse, KT.
