Nick is a partner and head of our Wills & Probate department. He specialises in the drafting of wills, estate administration, inheritance tax planning, trusts, advising on capacity related issues (including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications) and the protection of assets for tax and care purposes.
Nick is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and of the Law Society's specialist Probate Section. The department has a close working relationship with Age UK (formerly Age Concern and Help the Aged) and provides regular clinics for the elderly.
The Legal 500 recommend the firm for personal tax trusts and probate.
Outside the office Nick's time is divided between his family and sporting interests. He enjoys cricket and football and whilst playing and coaching always take priority, watching Spurs also features regularly. Nick is well known in Bedfordshire cricket circles and has spent over two decades coaching and progressing youth development at Leighton Buzzard Town Cricket Club.
