Navdip Gill

Navdip is a Partner in our Personal Injury department. He qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and spent five years with Portner & Jaskel in the West End dealing with road traffic accidents, employer and public liability work.

He has responsibility for  the Road Traffic Accident team within the Personal Injury department, which has experienced significant growth in recent years, and he also works with hire companies throughout the UK.

He has particular expertise in dealing with credit hire claims and low impact cases - Morley v Bansal (Liverpool County Court 2006) which involved an impact at 5mph.

Navdip is renowed for taking on difficult claims especially where fraud is alleged by the insurance companies.

He organises lectures for claim management companies on regulatory issues and compliance on credit hire agreements.

Navdip is a member of Batchworth Park Golf Club in Northwood and plays five a side football.
