Melissa Page

Melissa joined Geoffrey Leaver in May 2006, having been a partner at Fennemores for five years prior to that. Before she made her career in Milton Keynes, she spent over ten years with large London city firms including Eversheds, Osborne Clarke and Hammonds.

Melissa specialises in property development and construction, acting over the lifetime of a development from its inception, site acquisition, planning, construction, letting, funding and subsequent sale. She also has expertise in investment, property finance and management, advising major property developers, banks and commercial landlords and tenants.

Melissa is specifically recommended in the 2010 edition of Legal 500. She has also been recognised by Chambers and Partners legal directory as a "leader in her field" in relation to real estate and is singled out for her "succinct and practical advice that is always pitched at the right level". She is one of two solicitors rated in Band 1 in Chambers for Northern Home Counties.

When Melissa is not working she is a sports enthusiast, having completed two marathons, although she vows that she will not do another one (but appears to be making an exception for the first full Milton Keynes Marathon in April 2012), regularly attends the gym and also enjoys horse riding.
