Karen Jobbling

Karen is the firm's Human Resources Manager.

Karen achieved her CIPD qualification in 1996 whilst working for blue chip FMCG company Sara Lee H&BC Ltd in Slough. When she relocated to Milton Keynes in 1999, she joined Geoffrey Leaver as a HR Officer to set up the HR function.

In May 2006 when the firm nearly doubled in size (and the HR workload!) she was promoted to HR Manager. In 2008 Karen achieved Chartered Member status with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).

Karen is responsible for all aspects of the firm's general HR requirements. Her experience and knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment law is invaluable as she manages and co-ordinates the firms recruitment, employee relations, staff performance, pay & reward and health and safety.
