James McGarrity

Jim qualified as a solicitor in 1984, he became a Partner in Geoffrey Leaver in 1986 and is now the firm’s Senior Partner as well as being part of our Personal Injury department and advising in contentious probate matters.

He has considerable experience over a wide variety of practice areas and now undertakes a case load that includes complex personal injury cases (Fatal Accidents, serious orthopaedic injuries to include amputations), industrial disease, clinical negligence and disputes where beneficiaries contest wills.

Away from the office he plays golf, watches National Hunt Racing and supports Oxford United FC.
