Geoffrey Leaver host meeting with Chinese delegation

Leading members of the business community from Zhejiang province, which has the 4th largest economy in China, were guests of Geoffrey Leaver this week at a meeting with the Milton Keynes and North Bucks Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Rita Spada.

Mr Li Dan, Director of Corporate Finance for the Small and Medium Enterprises Bureau of Zhejiang led a business delegation including Mr Song Xiaogang, Chairman of Zhejiang DY-Link Guarantee Co Ltd; Mr Zhong Gen, Chairman of Lin’an Jinnuo Credit Guarantee Co Ltd; Mr Xu Honggui, Chief Financial Officer of Zhejiang Uni-Power Guaranty, and Mr Zhang Fulin, Chairman of Wenzhou Mincheng Credit Guarantee Co Ltd in a meeting requested by them in order to better understand the work of the Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce, the support provided by it in developing export markets, international trade support, credit guarantees, and its associated services.

The delegation learnt a good deal about the work of the Chamber and some of the work of Geoffrey Leaver.

Mr Li Dan ended the meeting by inviting Ms Spada and Trevor Coward, and other members of the Milton Keynes and North Bucks Chamber of Commerce to visit them in Zhejiang on some early future occasion.
